Reception

Timetable:

The Reception is open from 07:00 to 23:00h.

Information:

Any service or information you need, please do not hesitate to consult our reception staff. They will be happy to assist you.

Room key:

Together with the room key you have the remote control for the opening of the main door, which you will open by pressing the third button.

On the day of departure you must leave your room before 11:30 am.

Lost and Found:

The company is not responsible for any objects forgotten during the stay and we request that all objects found be handed in at reception.

Parking:

The Hotel has an outdoor car park with limited spaces.

We have high-speed and free Wi-Fi in the entire hotel, ask at reception.

Laundry:

If you wish to have your clothes washed and ironed, please ask reception for the availability of this service.

Cleaning service:

For stays longer than one night, we carry out a cleaning and disinfection device every 2 days, which will force our guests to keep all their belongings inside their suitcases and leave the room for 30 minutes for the cleaning process. If you wish to have your sheets and towels changed daily, this service is available on request, by contacting reception.

Breakdowns:

If you notice any fault or defect in your room or in the whole premises, please contact reception so that it can be rectified as soon as possible.

Rules

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms and enclosed spaces, as well as to throw cigarette ends from the terraces.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Out of respect for those who sleep, the swimming pool may only be used from 10:00 to 24:00.

Medidas de prevención frente al COVID-19

The Nature Suites staff has undergone a viral test for Covid-19.
At all times the hotel staff will attend you wearing a mask and gloves and keeping a safe distance.
Cleaning reinforcement in the rooms:
- For one-night stays, our guests must leave the room before 11:30 the next morning, to ensure that the cleaning process and isinfection is done properly. We encourage our guests to take advantage of this time to continue enjoying our services and facilities.
- For stays longer than one night, we will carry out a special cleaning and disinfection device every 2 days, which will force our guests to keep all their personal belongings in their suitcases and to leave their room for 30 minutes, between 10:00 and 11:30 in the morning.

Use of common areas and Lounge & Pool Bar

In accordance with the new regulations on prevention and hygiene against COVID-19, we have adapted the use of common areas and especially the Lounge & Pool Bar, and chill-out area that will be available from 8:00 at 24:00.
For security reasons, the common use toilets in the club bar area will remain closed; therefore, customers must use the services in their rooms at all times.
The use of the pool is limited to a maximum of 4 people at the same time, with due safety distance between guests, and a maximum bathing time of 10 minutes to facilitate the enjoyment of all customers. Children under 12 years old must bathe accompanied by a parent to ensure a safe distance.
Public access to the interior of the Lounge & Pool Bar will not be allowed. For your comfort, our staff will attend to breakfast, lunch and dinner services, as well as any request for food or drink in the outdoor area of the bar.

Use of common areas and minors

The Nature Suites facilities are perfect to facilitate relaxation and rest for our clients, so we are an establishment aimed especially at adult audiences. Guests wishing to travel with children under 12 years of age are also welcome, although they must bear in mind the strict compliance of the following measures:

Children under 12 years old cannot circulate or run in the outdoor areas without their parents, or play in the pool areas or the Lounge & Pool Bar. It is also not allowed to walk with children under the hotel facilities between 22.00h and 10:00h.
Likewise, it will be the responsibility of the parents that the minor children keep the appropriate safety distances and the rest of the preventive measures established in the present post-COVID stage.

Bar services

Breakfast

Breakfast will be served from 08:30h to 10:30h. in our pool bar or in the pine forest area, with the possibility of taking it up to the room on request.

Restaurant Service

From 11:00h to 22:00h in our pool bar. Our menu brings together a careful selection of gourmet products that are packaged and delivered without handling. Furthermore, for any of our services, you can request one of our picnic baskets, lunch or dinner to consume at the table, outdoors or in your room.

We have a dinner menus served at the table, prior reservation, on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, minimum for 2 people for €22/person, drink not included (**):

Marine menu

(**) If you want to taste a glass, a bottle of wine/sparkling or distillates, you can order it at the club bar before 22:00 and we will prepare them in thermal baskets with ice and glasses so that you can enjoy it at your leisure in your room or in the outdoor spaces until 24:00h.

Complementary services

BTT Center:

We have a BTT Center in our facilities equipped with a workshop for setting up your bicycle and electric rental bikes to be able to enjoy the different routes that exist in the surroundings. At our reception we will be happy to advise you on these services.

Different Activities:

We have extensive information and contacts at the hotel reception to carry out activities in the area such as visits to wineries, horseback riding, scuba diving, etc. Do not hesitate to contact us.
